Founder / Owner • CPA, CFE
Mariam Ezzy founded Ezzy & Associates in 2019 after 14 years in audit and attestation, beginning with internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley engagements where the importance of controls, documentation, and rigor is deeply embedded. She has led financial statement audits, not-for-profit audits, fractional CFO engagements, and internal control and policy development across the middle-market and closely held business space. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a BS in Accounting and an MS in Management Information Systems.
